AK, HI, APO Shipping  by 
The Parts Biz has limited shipping to a variety of locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and FPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are extremely heavy or large (such as vacuum cleaners) or extremely breakable (glass blender jars). Orders that are determined to fall into either of those categories will be promptly canceled and refunded. All orders that do ship to these locations will be shipped either standard USPS or USPS Smart Post shipping. Please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery. Please use tracking number if your order has one to follow the progress of your order. If you have not received your order after 28 days please email us at questions@thepartsbiz.com so that we can assist you.

Factory Serviced, Reconditioned, or Refurbished Items  by 

We are able to offer some amazing savings on some products that are available factory serviced. Factory serviced items have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons including: returns from the retail store of unused and unsold units, items with a cosmetic blemish, demonstration units, and items with slight defects. In addition, new items that are overstocks are labeled factory serviced.

In all instances, the product is shipped to the factory, inspected, restored to original factory specifications if required, tested and repackaged. These products cannot be sold as new, so they are considered "factory serviced". Some Factory Serviced Units may have cosmetic blemishes but are guaranteed to be in operating condition. If an item is factory serviced, then it will be clearly labeled in the listing. These items may also be referred to as Factory Serviced, Factory Reconditioned, Factory Refurbished, Factory Remanufactured.

Order Cancellations  by 
We are committed to quickly processing and shipping your order. Due to that commitment, we are often unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed. This may be the case even if you contact us shortly after you place your order. We will do our best to assist you if there are problems with your order, but we can make no guarantees. Orders that you have attempted to change or cancel but were unable to do so can be returned within 30 days for the product price at your expense.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We try to fill every order as quickly as possible, however sometimes an item may be out of stock from your order. You will receive an email notification letting you know about any and all products that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will try to keep you informed of when we expect to get more in stock if we have that available, but often we do not have an exact date. All orders, including those with out of stock items, are charged at the time the order is placed-NO EXCEPTIONS. You may choose to change your order and receive a credit for the out of stock item, ship the in stock items while backordering the out of stock item, backorder the entire order, or cancel your order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order shipping. Please note that your order will ship before you receive notification of shipment.

Payment Methods  by 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal. There is no surcharge for using any of these to make purchases online. Please make sure to enter all of your information correctly, including billing address and telephone (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause delays in processing and receiving your order. Your credit card or PayPal account will be billed immediately upon Checkout-NO EXCEPTIONS.

PayPal Orders  by 

While we do accept PayPal orders, we do NOT use the shipping and billing information associated with your PayPal account. Please make sure to put the correct shipping address into the shipping address on The Parts Biz when placing your order. We use an automated system that pulls the addresses placed on the website and does NOT use the PayPal addresses. Incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded the product price when the order is returned to us.

If you choose the "Bill Me Later" option on PayPal, please make sure that you receive an order confirmation email and tracking email for your order. If you have entered the correct email address and do not receive this confirmation from us, it means that there your order may not have processed on our website. Returns  by 

We will gladly accept the return of items ordered within 30 days of receipt with a few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price for returns with exceptions listed below. Please email us at questions@thepartsbiz.com before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged Goods: Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging & parts is severe enough or the return is outside of 30 days, we may elect to decline or reduce a refund at our discretion.

Return Exceptions: Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.

Shipping Policy  by 

We ship within the United States, including AK, HI, PR, and VI. We can also ship internationally, please see the International Checkout section for more information.

Most orders placed and received before 11:01AM (CST) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders placed and received after 11:01AM (CST) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

All items ship from our warehouse in Kansas City, Kansas and are typically shipped through FedEx Ground, Fed Ex 3 Day Express Saver, Fed Ex 2Day shipping, USPS SmartPost, and/or USPS First Class. Tracking Numbers are not available on all orders, including those shipped USPS First Class. We will update your account with the tracking number if one is available. You can use the Track Your Order link at the top of the page to follow your order.

We will work our hardest to have these orders ship on the same day they are placed. Please note that orders shipped Express Saver and 2Day shipping do NOT indicate a guarantee that an order will be received by a certain date, as there are many factors that can lead to delays. Consider any shipping or transit time given by ThePartsBiz.com only as an estimate and NOT a guarantee of delivery. Shipping charges on these orders are NOT refundable. Fed Ex Express Saver and 2Day shipping will NOT be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, and are NOT included as business days by Fed Ex.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Although most USPS SmartPost and USPS First Class shipments take an average of 3-5 days, please allow 7-10 days (5-7 business days) for your order to arrive. Fed Ex Ground shipments take an average of 3 to 5 days for delivery. Fed Ex 2Day and Express Saver take 2 or 3 business days for delivery.

Taxes  by 
ThePartsBiz.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Kansas and Missouri only. Because we have physical locations in both Kansas and Missouri, we must collect sales tax for all purchases with Kansas or Missouri addresses. Sales tax will be added at checkout.

Sometimes The Parts Biz will offer a coupon code that can be used for a discount or sale. These coupon codes may apply only to specific items or categories, or they may be applicable for all items listed on the site. Coupon codes will only be applied to the items or categories of items that the code is designed for, NO EXCEPTIONS. These coupons do have an expiration date, and will NOT be accepted after this date. Coupon codes offered on 3rd party sites may be valid codes, however we cannot guarantee that a coupon code posted on a 3rd party site will be valid.
