Returns

We will gladly accept the return of items ordered within 30 days of receipt with a few exceptions. We will provide a full refund on the product price for returns with exceptions listed below. Please email us at questions@thepartsbiz.com before returning any items so that we may provide proper return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Do not refuse your order. Many customers believe that refusing a shipment will allow a return to the seller without any shipping charges. New US Postal fees allow the USPS to charge a refused package penalty of $10 to $25. Those fees will be deducted from any refund processed for your return. Please accept your delivery and return it by the most economical shipping option available, this will ensure that you avoid these new postal fees.

Damaged Goods: Items returned without original packaging, with missing parts or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning at 15%. Customer is responsible for insuring any return shipments to cover return damage. If the damage or missing packaging & parts is severe enough or the return is outside of 30 days, we may elect to decline or reduce a refund at our discretion.

Return Exceptions: Items that must be soldered (i.e., shaver batteries, thermostats, fuse links, etc.) are not eligible for return once the items have been soldered. We will not provide a refund for any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with.
